Cab drivers train as emergency-and-rescue volunteers for “Tulong Muna Bago Pasada”

The Philippine highways will soon see cab drivers giving emergency-and-rescue response day and night, which is part of a new public service campaign by Kuya Daniel Razon called “Tulong Muna Bago Pasada” (Rescue First, Drive Later) launched just earlier in June this year.

Rescue and Emergency Assistance Added as Part of UNTV’s 2012 Year-End Coverage

From the eve of December 31 to the break of dawn of January 1, 2013, the Philippines’ Public Service Channel will not only present its year-end coverage of the revelry. Like last year, UNTV will mobilize its rescue units to provide emergency-response operations and services centralized through its News-and-Rescue Command Center.
