At the Loyola Memorial Park, people joined en masse in the memorial service before the final laying of the coffin of Daniel Tiamzon, one of the four UNTV correspondents who perished in the Maguindanao Massacre.

Flown from Maguindanao, the body of Daniel Tiamzon arrived at the UNTV headquarters in Manila on December 4, 2009. Two days after, it was laid to rest in the Loyola Memorial Park in Parañaque City, Metro Manila.
