UNTV’s free public transport services range from bus to train to motorboats to tricycles — all of them supported by the religious organization popularly known as Ang Dating Daan.

Gerry Carual, president of the Search and Rescue Unit Foundation Inc. (SARUF), was recognized for the commitment of the group in providing training and assistance to UNTV in its bid to help realize the UNTV news-and-rescue mission team by the third quarter of 2010.

The Search and Rescue Unit Foundation Inc. is one of the groups that guide UNTV in its efforts to launch a new brand of journalism: Tulong Muna Bago Balita (Assist Before Reporting).

The private-public partnership between UNTV, the Ang Dating Daan and the Department of Education resulted in the Dunong-Gulong Mobile School Project. UNTV donated two buses packed with all necessities for teaching worth a combined P15-million.
