Daniel Razon is FilVets’ Outstanding Partner in Helping Veteran Soldiers

Citing his solid support for the veteran soldiers of World War II through broadcast media, Filipino War Veterans Foundation (FilVets) awarded UNTV-BMPI CEO Daniel Razon as one of the outstanding partners of the foundation.

FilVets is a non-government organization giving free medical services and looks after the welfare needs of the veteran soldiers especially regarding their pension.

Kuya Daniel gave free airtime for FilVets to broadcast its numerous projects for the heroes of Second World War using UNTV and UNTV Radio La Verdad 1350 facilities.

The free broadcast provides FilVets the fastest means to reach and disseminate information to its beneficiaries. The initiative is also one huge help to introduce FilVets to a wider audience according to BOT Chairman Renato de Villa.

“Malaki ang naitulong niya [Kuya Daniel] sa FilVets at sa aming pagpapalawak ng pagkilala sa Filvets (His contribution to Filvets is huge and also to our efforts to spread awareness about FilVets),” de Villa told UNTV in a report.

Kuya Daniel is one of the ten awardees chosen for the recognition this year.

“Every year, we select organizations and personalities who have helped us much in our mission and express to them through this awarding ceremony and through the plaques our appreciation in behalf of all of the veterans,” de Villa added.

The group also thanked UNTV and UNTV Radio La Verdad hoping for their continued support for the heroes of war.
